The dish on the picture above is called The miso-glazed bone marrow (served at the Double Crown, NYC).
Many and many restaurants have actually been serving this entree.
Soon, Oak Room will be serving bone-marrow-crusted day-boat scallops with cipollini-onion purée, tomato marmalade, and bone-marrow crouton.
I would be so tempted to hunt down this dish if they left out the 'bone' part.
It also says that this exotic dish is becoming into comfort food.
Seriously?
